VISIT OF ELI GROUP TO NAVAL DOCKYARD LIMITED

On 10 July 2024, a team from Eli Group visited Naval Dockyard Limited as part ways of expanding services to the Nigerian Market. Messrs Eli Group has more than 8 decades of experience in the provision of trading services, procurement and technical assistance for projects and programmes administered by several of the world’s most renowned international developers. The Company, which is affiliated to several European factories engaged in military and defence sector equipment manufacture, is one of the most vibrant sales outlets, certified as professional suppliers by the United Nations and NATO. Eli Group’s visit was aimed at leveraging the vast expertise, capacity and experience of the Naval Dockyard in constructing naval and merchant vessels and structures to expand its operations and frontier to Africa through collaboration in ship building and production solutions that could add value to the Seaward Defence Boats currently under construction in the Yard. It is believed that the collaboration, which stems from mutual interests and values, would further deepen Naval Dockyard’s indigenous shipbuilding and maintenance programmes, local content development and the infusion of modern technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in its operations.
