The Naval Dockyard Limited hosted a contract signing seminar on Monday the 9th of December, marking a significant partnership with Carverton Marine Limited. The event was attended by Mr. Olabode Makanjuola, senior officers from Carverton Marine, Rear Admiral AA Orederu, the Admiral Superintendent of NDL, and key principal staff members of NDL.
The seminar began with a warm welcome from the ASNDL, who delivered an opening remark highlighting the importance of the partnership. The focus of the seminar was the signing of a concession agreement for the development of GRP warehousing and the building of ferries, a project approved by the Chief of Naval Staff and the Board of Directors.
A model of one of the ferries built by Carverton Marine was presented to the ASNDL, who in turn, honored the CEO of Carverton Marine with a token of appreciation. This collaboration is set to enhance the maritime landscape and beyond.
